Dandridge. Hexagon house. Built in 1905 by Sam Bettis, of Dandridge.
Currently owned by Frances Mitchell. Located at 226 E. Meeting Street,
near the intersection of Hill Street.

Dandridge. Hexagon (needs verification) log house.
Built before 1905, also by Sam Beattis. Stood off Killion Road.
Torn down around 1999. A spring fed pond was located near the house.
The pond would rise during heavy rains and cut the house off from
the road, as can be seen in one of the photographs below.

Located on Short Street and the intersection of Main Street.
Also next to the Mobile & Ohio RR.

Rives City. Octagon barbershop. Built about 1894. Located at High
and North Church Streets. Added to the NRHP in 1975, when it was already vacant.

Originally a one story octagon, and later made square.
Located at College and Railroad Streets.

Gallatin. Octagon house. Built about 1850 by Colonel Thomas Boyers.
Located on Franklin Street.
Thomas Boyers served in the Confederate army, and founded the Gallatin
News-Examiner newspaper.
Demolished in the 1970s to make way for low-rent apartments.
